The Block Print Birds stencil by Gwen Lafleur features a large Indian block print style parrot as well as two smaller song birds, so you're getting three stencils in one! This stencil was inspired by Gwen's lifelong love of birds as well as a trip to India that was focused on textiles. She was endlessly inspired by the beautiful birds both in real life and in their stylized, carved woodblock forms and wanted to translate some of her favorite of the bird designs she saw in various block printing workshops into stencils. These are perfect for working on canvases and mixed media applications, in art journals or scrapbooks, and is ideal for use with anything from ink, to paint, markers, molding and texture pastes, and more.
